Visit the PhotoVoice Exhibit on Display at Philadelphia City Hall! Visitors must use the Northeast Entrance at Filbert St. and JFK Blvd. to visit other floors. The exhibits at City Hall are open to the general public and are free of charge. Photography is encouraged.
